Our testers loved the easy access to the side panel that can be flipped up and down by pressing one button. This was especially helpful in the evening when feeding time was over, since they could reach in and pick up their baby without disturbing them up.
The side panel can be removed by itself, too, but it's not recommended as this increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot.
